A confirmation email will follow confirming receipt; contact us if not received. Check your spam/trash folder. Entry is confirmed only upon acceptance of payment. First come, first served. To effect the withdrawal of your application for any reason, notify us in writing without delay which we will acknowledge. Refund policies are found under "Rules". This is a Stay to Play event.

I understand that with this submitted entry that the Tournament is holding a spot for your Team. Payment is expected as soon as possible to secure reservation. Arrangements can be made for payment options/installments with the Tournament Director once entry is received, upon your request.
